Eligibility Criteria for IIT Palakkad Recruitment:
Educational Qualification:
• For Deputy Registrar & Assistant Registrar: Candidate should pass A Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent with excellent academic record.

• For Technical Officer/ Computer System Administrator: Candidate should pass B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA first class with 8 years experience or M.E/M. Tech first class with 5 years experience in relevant area.

• For Junior Superintendent: Candidate should pass First class Bachelor’s degree with 6 years experience in Finance & Accounts/ Stores &Purchase/ Establishment/ Administrative/ Academics/legal matters in Government, PSU/ Autonomous Organization/ Universities/ reputed Institutes or Organizations under Central/ State Government and reputed private organizations.

• For Junior Technical Superintendent (Library)/ [Senior Professional Assistant]: Candidate should pass Graduate plus Bachelor of Library Science or Master of Library Science or equivalent or Diploma in Library Science with 6 years Relevant experience in library.

• For Junior Technician, Jr. Technical Superintendent: Candidate should pass BE/ B.Tech/ MSc in appropriate branch and 5 years experience.

• For Junior Assistant: Candidate should pass Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of computer operations.

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 50 years for Deputy Registrar, 45 years for Assistant Registrar, Technical Officer/ Computer System Administrator, 32 years for Junior Superintendent, Jr. Technical Superintendent & 27 years for Junior Technician, Junior Assistant.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- & SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payable of fee.
