• For AEE & Materials Management Officer: Candidate should pass Graduate Degree in Mechanical/ Petroleum/Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Telecom Engineering/ E&T Engineering/ Physics with Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or Post Graduate Degree in Geophysics/ Geology (Must have Mathematics / Physics at B.Sc. level)/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Petroleum Technology
• For Chemist: Candidate should pass Post Graduate in Chemistry
• For Geologist: Candidate should pass Post Graduate Degree in Geology or M.Sc. or M. Tech in Petroleum Geoscience or M.Sc. or M. Tech in Petroleum Geology or M. Tech in Geological Technology
• For Geophysicist (Surface): Candidate should pass Post Graduate Degree in Geophysics or M. Tech. in Geophysical Technology or Post Graduate Degree in Physics
